Q: It stops counting steps.

A: You need to open Accupedo main window to restart Accupedo app. If it does not work, reboot your phone and test it. If it does not work at all, please check the following Test procedure link.


Q: It does not count when the screen is off (Standby mode).

A: Some phones do not support the G-sensor in sleep mode (screen is off) by phone manufacturers. It is not a defect of this App. Please check Troubleshooting link.


Q: Can I edit step counts?

Go to the History window. Press down on the screen to edit step counts for each day.


Q: How do I measure my step distance?

A: From toe (heel) to toe (heel)


Q: It does not sync with MyFitnessPal.

A: The Accupedo app does not sync with MyFitnessPal at phones with Android OS 12 or higher. Please first check MyFitnessPal Troubleshooting. If you cannot fix the problem, email us. We will definitely help you.
